The blue Fit-up Turning Roll is the perfect tool for welders to beat the recession because of the oil industry. The tanks that are built with the Fit-up Turning Roll are used as storage tanks for oil at the well head. It is used to fabricate tanks made from light weight steel (3/16″).

The Hydraulic controlled arms are used to insure the tank holds its shape until the top and bottom are attached and are adjustable so the seams can be welded.

The dimensions are 12′ wide and 28′ long. The arms are individually controlled so adjustments can be made with ease. The machine pictured here is a custom built machine to customer specifications, depending on the size of tank being built.
